Hello! What does the key n tap sigh reprents? My machine got stuck showing these 2 signs?

Hi, Child lock activated probably. Press and hold the Start (On / Off) button for a few seconds.

Goodday. My machine switches onto a bleep timer sound during the 15min wash. And I am not sure how to complete the wash.
My machine has been literally 'chewing' my clothes making them unusable again. What could be the reason?
We have a new Bosch Series 6 WAT2840SGB washing machine and find that the instructions appear to have been written by someone who obviously knows the machine very well but has no idea how to write instructions that people new to the machine can understand. The instructions should start by telling you how to open and load the machine!! Also, on the very last page of the instruction manual it tells you to 'Run the cotton program with no clothes in the drum, before using the machine for your first wash' - on the last page. Took ages before we found out how to open the door - hope the machine is better than the instructions. Come on Bosch employ someone who can write instructions in a clear and sensible format - there are people who specialise in writing instructions.
My washing machine cycle has ended but had remained locked. In the past when this has happened it will usually unlock itself or I can turn it off and on then it will unlock however this isn't working. How can I unlock it? It also has a flashing key which I don't think has shown before.
The intensive dry option that I use doesn't seem to dry the clothes 100percent.
Is this how it is ?
My fabric softener is still in draw after washing finished, I dont no why?
This is a clogged drawer from the drawer, take it out and clean it.
All indicators are glowing after power on. Machine is not responding for any touch instructions or knob selection. Please help me
For people not able to unlock their machine it probably has a child lock on it. You have to press rpm and finished in buttons at the same time for 3 secs (look above and there is a pic of a key above these 2 buttons)
Thank you for the suggestion. I did that and it worked. Thought we might need a new washing machine.
