Hi there,,,,how do i use the oven function without the fan....the manual says you can turn the fan off, but it doesn't tell you how as i need this feature for my cake making....
I bought this oven today, so plz help.....

My Bosch oven, when switched on, shows the red light and one can hear the fan but no heat follows.
What is wrong and why?
