• Dryer keeps stopping and clothes take ages to dry

  • Hard to answer, it may be faulty humidity sensor, or the tank is full of water.

• Start/Stop button just beeps instead of turning on after program selected. Reason doesn't seem obvious. It's been cleaned, water emptied and connection good. Any ideas?

• Again washing takes ages to dry. How do you increase drying time

• Help - my dryer smells really strong of egg/gas. It's situated in the utility room but you can smell it all over the house. I've cleaned out all the trays. It has always got very hot at the sides and we've had it about 7 months but it heats up the whole room. This is my first condenser tumble dryer so not sure if this is normal?

  • Hi Jo, if the dryer smells bad, need to clean the filter, remove and thoroughly clean the condenser. Look for a condenser, if there are remnants of fabric, you have to clean all the way of hot air.

• So disappointed with this dryer purchased 6 weeks ago. Does not dry clothes fully. Start button keeps beebing all the time.
