My phone will only allow emergency numbers to be called. My phone is not locked to a certain carrier. It only allows emergency calls that are in my contacts. Wont allow me to do anything else. Like the screen is locked. My IMEI is 356946/05/253294/6 and the s/n R21D915DVRZ. Is there a way to unlock my phone?
