The lock button is on and I do bot know how to release it to use stove-

  Cannot turn on and control slider 24" X 21 1-/2 slider cooktop and worse could not close burner after someone turned it on.

Relay sound click i press the start burtton but,no power i mean is not working what can i do to make it work

A key logo comes on when trying to start our Siemens induction cooktop- what does that mean and how can we fix it please.
