i have a acer aspire e1 without a manual .when i press the@ sign on the keyboard commas come up instead so i cant get past the windows signing in page as i cant give my e mail address . what can i do ?

My problem is that I have typed in the wrong Password and now I am to provide to give a remiveable media such as a USB flash drive. I Do not have a USB flash drive.
This computer was purchased less than 2 months ago, and did not come with and disc or USB flash drive.

The easiest way is to carry a laptop to a specialist. He can use the software to reset a forgotten password.

My Acer E1 series refused to boot from neither usb flash nor CD rom.I tried to remove the hard disk to another pc and made the installation with the required bit.
when i mounted the HDD to the Acer,it fail to recorgnise it.any help please
