• i have the sign CL on the machine which is not working

• Key symbol comes up when I am trying to start machine. Why, please?

  • Key symbol or CL mean Child lock. You can unlock washing machine if Push Start/Reload button for approx. 5
    seconds

      • F18 mean: Pump blocked with foreign objects
        Solution:
        Clean pump. Attention: The leaking water may be very hot (risk of scalding). Set programme selector to Off. Pull out the mains plugOpen and remove service flapDrain any water through drainage hose, otherwise by slowly removing the pump cover. Clean interior, pump cover thread and pump housing. (Impeller wheel of the pump must be able to turn). Re-insert pump cover and screw on firmly. To check for leaks and to check performance, pour 1 litre of water into the detergent dispenser. Check for leaks and then start Drain programme.

• My washing is saying yes and and the lock sign and the washing sign is showing. N anything I try to do it just keeps bleeping. Help please

  • Hi, it is childproof lock.
    You can deactivate the childproof lock before the start of the programme.
    Push Start/Reload button for approx. 5
    seconds after the start/end of the programme

  • Solved this problem by pushing and holding the start button for 5 to 10 seconds. This cleared the error.

• l have a sign F25 that came up and my machine stopped.
  Whenn l pressed the button on it started again.
  Can you please explain to me the reason why.

  • Hi, Fault F25 is: water level sensor failure
    reasons:
    washing machine can not be discharged (clogged filter)
    defective water level sensor
    dirty water turbidity sensor

• Is the rubber ring on the door the same size on all bosch machines ?(exxcel 1200 express)
  Can a house owner be able to change one,and if so are they available?

• There doesn't seem to be much water in the drum during a wash. I have cleaned the filter at the bottom
