My Maxx VarioPerfect (7kg) seems to have lost its timing. Upon starting any program, it releases water and detergent but barely a minute later, it starts to drain!
Please advice if there are any steps for full reset of the electronics.

It could be the child lock. To unlock - press the start/stop button for 5-6 seconds.

Hi Cathy, fault E18 means:Drainage hose blocked or kinked
Solution:
"Clean filters in the water supply hose. Attention: The leaking water may be very hot (risk of scalding). Set programme selector to . Pull out the mains plug. Check whether the drainage hose has been installed without kinks. Loosen hose clip on the siphon, carefully remove drainage hose (residual water). Clean drainage hose and siphon spigot. Hold drainage hose in a bucket and select the programme. Connect drainage hose to the siphon and check for leaks."
Where can I get the rubber door seal as mine needs replacing?
My Samsung serie 4 can't enter the spin cycle. There will still be a lot of water inside when the spin cycle is supposed to start and the spin cycle will be unable to start. The drum is able to rotate fine during the wash cycle.
My Bosch serie 4 is unable to enter the spin cycle. There will be a lot of water in the drum when the spin cycle is supposed to start so it ends up having an error. The water is not drained before the spin cycle begins. The drum is able to spin during the wash cycle.
