We have a Bosch 7 xxx dryer. On the left hand side of the machine at the bottom is a round plastic lid that came away from the machine. It was held there by a plastic band, which gave way. The machine works normally, but the question is: Does that lid have a function and does it need to be replaced. It does not “fit” tightly around the pipe that it covers, hence the plastic cover.
What his its function? Can you make us wiser please?

I have a problem with my washing machine. Please help when you start the washing with 22mins it will go down to 1 and start again. It a nut cell it doesn’t empty the waste water.

In the past few months, the dryer stops many times in the middle of work when the lower filter / Venting House LED flashes and then needs to be turned on again.
I tried to empty the filter, get the dust out and replace the tube that was getting out of the air and it didn’t help. what can we do?

Hi, Error F21 means: Motor fault. You have to call customer services.
My bosch claasixx vadjoperfect sometimes shows a yes symbol and stops during a wash cycle
When I turn it off and back on again it starts full cycle again

Suddenly does not spin and does not empty and the door does

My machine was overloaded and I had to turn it off just before the final spin. Now whatever programme I choose, it makes three clicking noises as if it is trying to engage but then stops. There are no symbols displayed on the LED board.
Someone has fiddled with the machine and the lock key flashes when you want to turn it to a programme so it will not start.

My wash machine Bosch Clasixx 7 Vario Perfect can not start washing on any of programs. Door is closed properly, no key sign flashing, filter is clean. When I chosing program indicate time e g 2:41 makes beep like usual but start button flushing and doesn’t start woshing at all.
My wash cycle runs and ends after the last spincycle but doesn’t arrive to the draining of the machine . What can i do? Have already emptied the filters below but without results
I have lost any instructions I had on delivery of my Bosch Classixx 7 washing machine (think it got gathered up and thrown with the packaging). Can you advise me on the cotton wash which the machine automatically gives a 2.36 hour wash unless you engage the the speed perfect button to 1 hour. The time of two and a half hours seem very long is this worth it or not really necessary!

Dear Jan, it is a question for the producers of washing powder. Yes, You can wash only in cold water, but heavily soiled clothes will stay dirty.
Wont spin, no error message being displayed, it sounds ok (to an untrained ear) will rinse and drain, just not spinning.

Hi, filter on your washing machine at the bottom right. Open the door and remove the plug from the serum-clockwise. Then you will see the filter, remove it and cleanse.
When the washing load is finished my washing comes out of the machine very hot. Is this a fault or should I set the aqua button.

“You turn the programme selector to off then turn it one programme to the right, press the rpm button and keep it pressed while turning one more programme to the right, release them both and a number should be displayed on screen I think volume 2 is the default one. You then click the “ready in” button until desired volume is reached. You have a chioce of zero through to four. After volume is set turn programme selector to off position.”

Have just had an error 13h code appear when doing a 15min wash and door wouldn’t open. Left machine for a while then moved dial to another setting and was able to open door.
Our exxcel 7 m/c leaves an amount of a black residue twin the detergent compartment and tray.The tray can be cleaned with a bit of elbow grease but the compartment too an extent and it builds up regularly

According to other forums you turn the dial to rinse/spin and dis-engage the “aqua plus” button and it spins only. I have not verified, please write your experience
