We have had this machine installed yesterday and it is not taking the fabric softener for each wash, why?
I have read the manual and it is still not taking the fabric softener, even when pressing different buttons and setting different programs, can you assist please?
Pull out the fabric softener and detergent drawer from the washing machine. There is a plastic hole at the end that may be blocked.
