    1. Hi Judith.
You can charge your Watch with the battery of the device that functions as a wireless charging pad. You can still charge your Watch even while charging the device that functions as a wireless charging pad. Depending on the type of cover being used, the Wireless power sharing feature may not work properly. It is recommended to remove any cover being used from the device that functions as a wireless charging pad before using this feature. More information in the manual on page 17

  1. What do I do to start tracking how many steps I’ve taken that day? I had my friend set up my watch and for couple of weeks it showed how many steps but now it won’t. thanks

    1. Hi Joann, the number of steps is measured continuously. If you do not see the number of steps on the watch screen, the screen will change appearance, or swipe right or left across the screen.

  2. I can’t get the phone app to download tracks to my watch. says it needs some unidentified permission on watch. i cant figure out how to set this permission.

    1. There may be a problem with bluetooth pairing. In the settings, unlink the watch and add the watch again, then download the application again.

  3. My headphone, Sony WH-CH510, doesn’t find my tv. I’ve had them since Sept. and suddenly it can’t find the tv.

    1. Hi Dolores,
try the other way around, turn on bluetooth in the tv menu and search for devices. Then turn on pairing on the headphones.

    1. Hi, the date and time are synchronized automatically the moment the watch connects to the phone using the application.

  4. I’m told the watch can measure your sleep. I wear the watch to bed and it’s dead before morning. So it doesn’t track anything. Why doesn’t the battery last longer then 16 to 20 hours? I have a fitbit and the battery will last almost a full week. I’ve had to remove and charge my watch at night and put my fitbit on when I sleep to track my sleep. I shouldn’t have to do that. Any suggestions?

    1. On the Galaxy Wearable screen of the smartphone, tap Watch settings → Battery. Refer to Battery in Apps and features for more information including on and off powersaving.
