How do you remove soap dispenser for cleaning.
what is the error 13?
The cycle stopped due to a garment across the door seal,the door would not open , I drain the water , then found the tag bottom front right to release the door. How ever I cannot start another cycle flashes 400,spin and hold and sound like the pump is drain and just times out. I unplug to reset no joy. Any ideas??
How do you select a quick wash for this washing machine? The quickest wash is over an hour, surely there must be a quicker wash setting than that!!!
How do i open the door when a lace is coated on the door, the machine does not work, i need the emergency button to open the door, but cannot find it.
